This application is licensed under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). You can view the full Apple EULA at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The following terms are in addition to the Apple EULA.

Apple Acknowledgments

• This agreement is between you and BP Lens developers only, not with Apple
• BP Lens developers, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content
• BP Lens developers are responsible for providing any maintenance and support
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services
• In case of failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price
• Apple has no other warranty obligations
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or its use
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against end-users

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using BP Lens ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

2. App Description

The App is a utility app that helps users record blood pressure readings by:

• Taking photos of blood pressure monitor displays
• Using AI technology to recognize readings
• Calculating averages
• Syncing with Apple Health

3. Medical Disclaimer

THIS APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE

• The app is for recording purposes only
• Not intended for diagnosis or treatment
• Not a substitute for professional medical advice
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• We are not responsible for medical decisions based on app data

4. Privacy and Data

• We do not store your blood pressure readings
• All health data is stored directly in Apple Health
• Photos are processed using AI services such as Together.ai and Groq, and are not stored
• Device identifiers are used only for rate limiting

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses:

• Apple Health for data storage
• AI services for photo processing, including Together.ai and Groq
• RevenueCat for managing in-app subscriptions and purchases
• You are subject to respective third-party terms

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal blood pressure monitoring only
• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse or attempt to deceive the AI recognition system
• Not use the app for medical diagnosis

7. Limitations of Liability

• The app is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee accuracy of readings
• We are solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or its use, including but not limited to:
• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
• Claims related to HealthKit framework use
• We are not liable for medical decisions

8. Intellectual Property

All rights reserved for:

• App code and design
• Visual elements
• Brand assets

9. Changes to Service

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update these terms
• Change functionality

Users will be notified of significant changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate access for:

• Terms violation
• Misuse
• Illegal activities
